How to Apply for the Promotion

Apply for the programme by submitting your enrolment form​.

Step 2
Receive an Offer

Complete enrolment and pay your deposit to secure your place for the next 2026 intake.

Step 3
Term 1 & 2 Payments

Progress through your programme and pay your Term 1 and 2 fees on schedule.

Step 4
Term 3 Fee Payment

Discount will be applied to Term 3 fees. Eligible learners will pay €80 in Term 3 (from €350 to €80, a €270 reduction)

Terms and Conditions

  1.  Eligibility
    1. This Launch Promotion is open to new learners only who are not currently enrolled at Eluma Education.
    2. This Launch Promotion is only valid for new learner registrations, and learners must enrol in the following programme:
      • NCFE CACHE Level 3 / MQF Level 4 Diploma for Working in the Early Years Sector (Early Years Educator) under the October 2026 intake
  2. Offer Period
    1. The Launch Promotion period is until 30th September 2026, for enrolment into the October 2026 intake.
    2. Registrations and payments submitted outside the stated offer period will not be eligible for the Launch Promotion benefits.
  3.  Registration
    1. Registration fees must be paid within 3 days of enrolment confirmation to secure the learner’s place on the programme.
    2. Enrolment confirmation will be sent to the learner via email.
    3. Registration fee payments made outside this timeframe, or outside the offer period, will not be eligible for the Launch Promotion.
  4. Tuition Fee Discount
    1. Eligible learners will receive a 20% discount on the full tuition fee, paying EUR1,080 instead of the full tuition fee of EUR1,350.
    2. This discount is applied at Term 3: instead of paying the full Term 3 fee of EUR350, eligible learners will pay EUR80 (a EUR270 reduction).
    3. This discount applies only to learners who complete registration and enrolment within the stated Launch Promotion period, and who have paid their first two term instalments on time. Learners on alternative payment structures agreed with Eluma Education must also make all payments on time to remain eligible for this discount.
    4. This discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other goods, services, or discounts.
    5. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless otherwise stated.
    6. Eluma Education reserves the right to verify eligibility before applying the discount.
    7. This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
    8. Learners must complete their registration and payment within the stipulated deadline to qualify for this offer.
  5. Confirmation of Registration
    1. A confirmation email or official acknowledgement from Eluma Education shall serve as proof of successful registration and eligibility for this offer.
    2. No separate application is required to enjoy this offer.
  6. General Conditions
    1. Eluma Education reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend, or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice.
    2. Eluma Education reserves the right to withhold or revoke any benefit under this offer if a learner withdraws, defers, or is found to have misrepresented information during enrolment.
    3. Any misuse or abuse of the promotion may result in disqualification at Eluma Education’s discretion.
    4. Eluma Education’s decision on all matters relating to this offer is final and binding.
