Our Story
Our story began with a simple realisation: there’s an unmet need for proper care of the young, the old, and the infirm. Too often, caregiving in Malta is left to untrained individuals or undervalued as a profession. Eluma Education was born from the desire to do better, providing the training that elevates the care profession and gives caregivers the recognition they deserve.
We are a community of compassionate individuals, united by a shared commitment to purpose, respect, and recognition within the care industry. Meaningful care begins with meaningful people, and we welcome those who share our values to join us.
Eluma Education is accredited by the Malta Further and Higher Education Authority (MFHEA) as a further education institution since 2025, with the Licence No. 2025-005.
Eluma Education also operates in Malaysia. Of the 4,500 NCFE CACHE providers worldwide, Eluma Education is the first and only provider in the country. Visit Eluma Education Malaysia.
Meet Our Team
Hui Wen Lim
Centre Manager
Drawing on my experience working with Eluma Education Malaysia and four years in consulting in London, I am currently managing centre operations for Eluma Education Malta. I hold a BSc in Anthropology from University College London.
We see ourselves beyond just a learning centre. Eluma Education is a movement to uplift caregivers, empower lives and strengthen communities.
